Fill fuel tanks (to 95% to allow for expansion) and add stabilizer or fungicide
Before your last pump out, ass a treatment product to clean out head and hoses
Winterize head and holding tanks according to owners manual.
Winterize fresh water system according to owners manual.
Disconnect all water lines at lowest point or blow out water system with compressed air.
Winterize air conditioning, refrigerator, ice machine, deck wash down and any other water using equipment.
Drain shower sump and hot water heater.
Strip the interior; remove all perishables, personal items, all paper products. Also remove any bottles or jars that may (can) freeze.
Wipe interior wood surface with a diluted bleach-water mixture (or vinegar and water, or a commercial mildewcide) to prevent mildew.
Remove cushions and mattress or tip on side if left on board.
Remove electronics and store in warm dry place.
Remove all canvas and sails for dry storage ashore.
